Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Yes!  Insurance we currently accept:

*Not all providers accept all insurance plans, please check with our staff to confirm which providers accept your plan
**Not all Providence plans are covered, OPTUM plans are not billable or covered for our providers.
***We no longer accept UHC/OPTUM plans for out of network billing, please ask if you have questions about superbills to your insurance for reimbursement.

Note: Insurance covers individual and family therapy (not couple's or relationship counseling) and there must be a diagnosis for insurance to cover services. There is usually a co-pay and possibly a yearly deductible. You can also use FSA/ HSA cards!

Q: Do you offer sliding-scale pricing?

A: Yes, our pricing ranges from $50–$200, depending on the service. Please reach out to discuss your options. 

Q: How long is a typical appointment? 

A: 50 minutes.

Q: How do digital sessions work?

A: We use phone calls or video calls to offer flexible and remote sessions for clients. Both calls occur through Zoom or Theranest, both are HIPAA compliant.​​​ You can use a smartphone, tablet or computer. See this page for more info on telehealth, and some research about it!
