We use phone calls or video calls to offer flexible and remote sessions for clients. Both calls occur through Zoom or Theranest, both are HIPAA compliant.​​​ You can use a smartphone, tablet or computer. See this page for more info on telehealth, and some research about it!

CTC requires 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment with your provider

Any cancellations within 48 hours or no shows to scheduled appointments are subject to a fee of 50% of their

session fee if they are utilizing self pay options, or a fee of $75 when billing commercial insurance.

NOTE:

Medicaid/OHP clients are not subject to late cancellation fees, however, if there are more than 3 late cancellations or no shows within a 6 month period, you may be subject to losing your time slot and being put back on the waitlist for one of our providers in order to limit waitlist wait times.

Connective Therapy Collective (CTC) requires that all clients add a card on file for any incurred

expenses for services. CTC will run your card at the end of each attended session for any out of pocket fees set by CTC for self pay options or as is determined by your insurance (including copays, coinsurance, or deductibles).

Individual Therapy (50 min):

Graduate Intern $50;

Clinical Associate $125;

Licensed Clinician $200.

Relationship Therapy (50 min):

Graduate Intern $75;

Clinical Associate $150;

Licensed Clinician $200.

Medical Transition Assessment:

Graduate Intern $110;

Clinical Associate/Licensed Clinician $200.

Case Management:

Graduate Intern $15/15 minutes;

Clinical Associate/Licensed Clinician $35/15 minutes.

Groups:

Graduate Intern/ Clinical Associate $40/quarter;

Licensed Clinician $80/quarter.

Both! We offer telehealth (virtual) therapy as well as in-person therapy for folks close to our Portland office.
