Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Yes!  Insurance we currently accept:

      Aetna
      Providence
      Optum
      BCBS
      Pacificsource
OHP (single case agreements, pending paneling)

Notes about insurance: Insurance covers individual and family therapy (not couple's or relationship counseling) and there must be a diagnosis for insurance to cover services. There is usually a co-pay and possibly a yearly deductible. You can also use FSA/ HSA cards!

Q: Do you offer sliding-scale pricing?

A: Yes, our pricing ranges from $50–$200, depending on the service. Please reach out to discuss your options.

Q: How long is a typical appointment?

A: 50 minutes.

Q: How do digital sessions work?

A: We use phone calls or video calls to offer flexible and remote sessions for clients. Both calls occur through Zoom or Theranest, both are HIPAA compliant. You can use a smartphone, tablet or computer. See this page for more info on telehealth, and some research about it!
