Although we seek to provide a space in which all people feel that they are an important part of our mission, there may be times when you have a dispute with a provider or employee. This can best be resolved through a formal procedure for dispute resolution. All disputes between any client or group participant and Connective Therapy Collective are to be resolved in accordance with the following procedure for grievances and appeals.
