Supervision for clinicians in Oregon who are either pre-licensed master’s level therapists and post graduate associates pursuing licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
We believe that self-of-therapist work is critical for clinicians working to decolonize their practice and our work with clients. Our supervisors' experience can help clinicians explore themselves and their understanding of how to best serve LQBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other intersections of sexually marginalized clients while fulfilling any licensure requirements around clinical supervision.
