Graduate Level Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy Intern

LGBTQIA+, Sex, Kink, Couples, Death and Dying, Narrative,
Existential-Humanistic, Experiential, and Somatic Therapy

Hi, I’m Atlas, a graduate-level intern who moves through the world as a white, queer, trans, and partially able-bodied person. These aspects of who I am, along with other lived experiences, shape how I understand the therapeutic process and the space I co-create with clients. With a commitment to social justice and a systemic lens, my practice is grounded in an awareness of how identity, power, and oppression shape our inner and relational lives. I believe that each person contains galaxies, with many paths, questions, and destinations, and that therapy can be a place to explore what feels most true, possible, and healing. My practice is collaborative, attuned, and grounded in curiosity and connection.

I am currently pursuing my master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy. As a queer provider, I have a passion for supporting my community through this work. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients, people living with chronic illness, and those navigating grief, identity exploration, spirituality, sexuality, kink, and death and dying. Individuals, couples, and relationships of all constellations are invited, including monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and more. I foster a therapeutic environment where people can arrive as they are and engage in a process that supports their unfolding, embodiment, and meaning making.

Thank you for taking the time to read a little about who I am and how I approach this work. If something here resonates, and our paths feel aligned, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
