Licensed Professional Counselor
PTSD, CPTSD, BPD, Neurodivergence, Substance Use, Eating and Feeding struggles
Hello! My name is Gracen, and I am white Indigenous (Kalapuya and Burns Paiute), queer, and fat.
I graduated from Lewis and Clark with a degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling, with specializations in addictions and eating disorders. I focus primarily on attachment and emotion focused theories, how you speak about yourself to yourself and others, boundaries and conflict, relationships in all their intersections, complex and developmental trauma, addictions (in all their forms), and self held beliefs. My hope for you is to be “successful”, however you define that word for yourself, and whatever that means for your one beautiful life. I believe strongly in clients telling their own story, at their own pace and in their own time; I can’t help if I don’t listen well first. I am a direct therapist who is deeply curious about who you are, how you think, what you’re feeling, and where the squishy/crunchy parts are.
