Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a 35-year-old white, cisgender, bisexual, able-bodied Canadian. After more than a decade working in Learning & Development, I transitioned into therapy with a deep curiosity about how our cultural narratives and family histories shape us, and can sometimes limit us, from the lives and relationships we long for. I believe that understanding our storied contexts can help open

the door to more self-compassion, courage, connection and choice.

I’m currently completing my graduate studies in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy at Lewis & Clark, with a focus on sexuality and sex therapy. My approach is also informed by training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psilocybin for End-of-Life Care. I draw ongoing inspiration from nature, turning to its rhythms and resources as guides for inner work and relational growth.

My own experience as a client in couples and sex therapy was profoundly transformative. It helped me navigate the complexities of intimacy, identity, and communication, leading to greater freedom in my inner world and deeper capacity for courage. That journey is what drew me to this work. I’m here to be a compassionate, grounding presence for people moving through the vulnerable, messy, and meaningful work of healing—especially in relationship with the people they love.
