I am a Japanese Filipino, mostly able-bodied, queer and trans non-binary person. I live through gender expansiveness and gender fluidity where my gender identity fluctuates often from day to day or even situation to situation and may change throughout the day. I am an Asian Pacific Islander who allies themselves with the QTPOC community. I am a parent of two small children and polyamorous with a nesting partner.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience in counseling,
conflict resolution, crisis intervention, grief, end of life and postpartum support, and building
positive communication skills with people of diverse backgrounds. My practice focuses on
meeting clients where they are through collaborative and goal-focused talk therapy. I
incorporate a variety of approaches in my practice, some of which include strengths-based
theory, emotion-focused theory, and cognitive behavioral theory. My practice is sex-positive,
kink-aware, and gender affirming.
I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. Currently, I reside in Portland, Oregon where I have lived in
Oregon since 2016. Prior to living in Oregon I resided in Honolulu, HI for over 12 years where I
completed my Masters of Social Work at Hawaii Pacific University.
